Our brand-new and spacious apartment is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends. Located just 150 meters from the sea, it is situated on the 1st floor with an elevator and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, and 2 balconies.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It is possible to request a parking pass at least 14 days before arrival (supplement of €50).

The apartment includes:

Entrance / living area with sofa bed and dining table with chairs

Two large balconies

Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, and electric stove

One spacious bedroom with a double bed

A second bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed

Two bathrooms with sink, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and single-use toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner), washing machine

Shared communal rooftop terrace

Parking permit available on request with sufficient notice (€50 supplement)

Bed linen and towels are included in the price and available for guests.
