A beautiful house in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, in a private street near all the points of interest.
The house is well furnished and welcoming. You can sunbathe and sip a good coffee in the magnificent outdoor courtyard, or move inside for an intimate dinner with family or friends.
There is a living area with a comfortable sofa where you can read a good book or watch TV; a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare tasty dishes; a comfortable bathroom; two large and bright double bedrooms, one of them on a mezzanine level overlooking the external courtyard; a comfortable single bed to accommodate a fifth person.
Air conditioning / heating, wifi and many other amenities guarantee the necessary comfort for both short and long stays.
Our guests can enjoy not only a comfortable stay but can also participate in our local experience or book a transfer or a means of transport.

Smoking is not allowed in the house; it is not allowed to organize parties.
PARKING: the house is located in the historic center and therefore in a limited traffic area. Do not be afraid! If you arrive before 9 pm you can approach the house to leave your luggage and then move to Via Adua (only 6 minutes away on foot) to park on the street (0.60 cents an hour, free between 2 pm and 10 am) 16, between 9pm and 9am, and Sunday) or in the private parking area (€ 5 euros)
